FAQ

Questions district teams ask before they buy.

Practical answers about platform scope, rollout, connected systems, and pricing.

Platform
No. Threadhall starts with a strong support experience, but the platform also brings together assets, district workflow, facilities reservations, food service publishing, service monitoring, directory data, and executive reporting.
Yes. Threadhall is designed to work with district identity, device, and SIS systems so the records staff see in the portal reflect the operational truth of the district.
No. Threadhall supports role-based experiences inside the same platform so staff, students, technicians, office teams, and district leaders see the right tools without leaving the system.
Implementation
Setup covers discovery, branding, domains, authentication, connected systems, data imports, workflow tuning, launch configuration, and training. The setup fee is there because school operations software only works when it is shaped around the district.
Smaller rollouts can move quickly. Larger district transformations take longer because more data, departments, and workflows need to be aligned. We plan that timeline with you during the walkthrough and discovery phase.
Pricing
No. Threadhall pricing is annual district SaaS pricing plus a one-time setup fee. The goal is to keep the platform usable across departments without turning every portal user into a new licensing conversation.
Yes. Districts can start with help desk and assets, then turn on additional workflow modules over time. Threadhall is meant to expand without forcing you to change platforms later.
