What Threadhall Collects

Threadhall processes information needed to operate a district workspace. This may include account identity, name, email address, role, school or department, sign-in metadata, ticket and request content, comments, attachments, asset records, people records, license records, reports, notification preferences, and device registration tokens used for push notifications.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to provide app functionality, authenticate users, route support and workflow requests, show role-appropriate district information, synchronize connected systems, deliver operational notifications, support administrators, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.

Connected District Systems

A district may connect services such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SIS platforms, device-management systems, network tools, backup systems, camera platforms, communications services, food-service systems, or other operational sources. Threadhall stores and displays the synchronized information selected by the district so staff can manage school operations from one workspace.

Mobile App Storage

The Threadhall iOS app may store access tokens in the iOS Keychain, cache operational API responses in the app sandbox, keep draft or recents data for convenience, and store tenant settings or push-registration metadata in UserDefaults. Users can sign out to remove the active session from the device.

Sharing and Tracking

Threadhall does not sell personal data and does not use app data for third-party advertising tracking. Data may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate, host, secure, support, or deliver the Threadhall service for the district. District administrators control which users and connected systems are enabled for their workspace.

Security

Threadhall uses role-based access controls, authenticated API access, encrypted network transport, platform-provided secure storage, and operational safeguards designed to protect district data. No system can guarantee perfect security, but Threadhall is designed to minimize unnecessary access and keep operational records scoped to authorized users.

District Control and Requests

Districts are responsible for their workspace data and may request assistance with access, correction, export, deletion, retention, or configuration questions. Individual users should usually begin with their district administrator because many records are official operational or educational records controlled by the district.
